The EOS C500 MARK II model features a new DIGIC DV 7 image processor, for internal Cinema RAW Light recording at 5.9K and Canon's XF-AVC format recording at 4K 4: 2:2 10 bit. It is possible to make two simultaneous recordings in the same format, on the two CFexpress card slots, and thanks to an additional SD card slot the recording of proxy files.
