The Tilta Nucleus-M Motor Rod Adapter slides onto the Nucleus-M motor to allow you to attach the motor to your rod setup. The rod adapter clamps onto a 19mm rod, but it can also clamp onto a 15mm rod by using the included 19 to 15mm rod bushing.
