PortaBrace soft case for Canon camera
The CS-XC15 case is designed to protect and organise the Canon XC-15 and its essential accessories. The unique opening of the case features a durable YKK® zip that extends the full length of the case to provide an extra-large opening, making it easy to remove and replace the camera and other contents of the case. The case comes with a camera cradle designed to secure your camera inside the case, even in difficult travel conditions. A handy white balance card with cord is also included. The CS-XC15 is made from 1000 denier abrasion-resistant Cordura nylon that has been treated with a waterproof urethane protective coating (DWR). The body of the case is constructed with 19 mm foam and the bottom panel is reinforced with 8.0 mm hollow-core plastic and an additional layer of foam. The exterior bottom is lined with a layer of Slip-Not non-slip material that provides an additional level of protection against water, dirt and grime.
The main zip is protected by a Cordura flap to help prevent damage and stop water from entering the case. "Hidden zips" are used, which "reverse" the faces of the zip to avoid snags and extend the life of the zips. High-quality bonded thread is used and double stitching is carried out in areas that typically bear more weight or are subject to additional wear. All thread ends are heat-sealed to prevent loose threads or seams from coming undone.
Genuine suede is used to provide additional comfort and durability for the carry handles, and a comfortable nylon shoulder strap is included. The removable strap is fitted with steel hooks that attach to the sturdy nickel-plated steel rings of the CS-XC15. There is a full-length external pocket, ideal for cables, a XLR microphone or an optional rain cover. There is also a long flat pocket on the back of the case, ideal for carrying the white balance card (included), user manuals, airline tickets and other documents.
