Receive a quote as soon as possible

While your equipment is out of action, benefit from advantageous offers in our rental service, to stay operational and focused on your projects.

Once repairs and maintenance have been carried out, Visuals contacts you directly to return your equipment as quickly as possible.

If you accept our quote, we will carry out the repair and inform you when your device is ready. You can then collect it from the shop or receive it by delivery.

If the quote is refused, quote fees will be charged or even more in the event of a factory return abroad. These fees cover handling and diagnosis.

  • If the product was not purchased from Visuals, you can, as far as possible, access our rental service.
  • If the product was purchased from us and is out of warranty, you benefit from a 50% reduction on a rental (subject to availability).
