Portabrace Plus Edition camera transport case, Shoulder-mounted cameras, Blue
Featuring a corrugated plastic viewfinder protection compartment that helps protect your camera's viewfinder from impacts and shocks, this blue Porta Brace padded transport case with reinforced viewfinder protection is a soft bag designed to protect your camcorder during transport and storage. It accommodates the camera with lens and viewfinder attached, and features a 1000D Cordura nylon shell with interior padding that effectively protects your camcorder whilst weighing only 2.5 kg. A removable padded lens support is included to help protect your lens or prevent the camera body from moving during transport. An integrated seatbelt restraint strap proves convenient when transporting your equipment on a car seat. The 1000D Cordura shell is abrasion-resistant and offers weather protection.
Two large front pockets with Velcro closure are suitable for carrying spare parts and larger cables during local travel. On the rear of the case are two zipped mesh pockets perfect for holding papers or other flat items. An interior pocket is well suited for storing the included white balance card. The nylon handles are suede-covered for durability and provide a soft grip surface. An included padded adjustable shoulder strap is also suede-covered. The bottom panel features a water-resistant non-slip base, and the exterior of the EVF compartment has a sewn ID card window.
Construction
The 1000 denier Cordura nylon case offers an internal padding system comprising extra-thick padded foam side walls to transport and protect a camcorder and its accessories.
EVF Protection
The bag is equipped with a reinforced corrugated plastic viewfinder protection. This accommodates and protects the EVF of large ENG camcorders, allowing you to travel with the viewfinder attached to the camera and be ready to film as soon as you arrive at the location.
Lens Support
The included stabilisation cushion is a soft nylon foam block that can be positioned under long lenses to provide additional support during transport, or placed against the camera body to prevent it from moving.
