The CS-XA10 case is designed to protect and organise the Canon XA10 and its essential accessories. The case's unique opening features a single robust YKK® zip that extends the full length of the case to provide an extra-wide opening making it easy to remove and replace the camera and other contents. The case comes with a camera cradle designed to hold your camera in place inside, even in challenging travel conditions.


The CS-XA10 is made from abrasion-resistant 1000 denier Cordura nylon that has been treated with a urethane waterproof coating (DWR). The body of the case is constructed with 4.4 cm foam and the bottom panel is reinforced with 8.0 mm hollow-core plastic and an additional layer of foam. The exterior bottom is lined with a layer of Slip-Not anti-slip material that provides additional protection against water, dirt and grime.


The main zip is protected by a Cordura flap to help prevent damage and stop water from entering the case. "Concealed zips" are used, "reversing" the zip faces to avoid snagging and extend their lifespan.


High-quality bound thread is used and double-stitched in areas that typically support more weight or are likely to experience additional wear. All thread ends are heat-sealed to prevent loose threads or fraying seams.


Genuine suede is used to provide greater comfort and durability to the carrying handles, and a comfortable nylon shoulder strap is included. The removable shoulder strap is equipped with steel attachments that connect to the CS-XA10's robust nickel-plated steel rings.


There is a full-length exterior pocket, ideal for cables, a shotgun microphone or an optional rain cover. There is also a long flat pocket at the rear of the case, ideal for carrying the white balance card (not included), instruction manuals, plane tickets and other documents.
