The CS-XA35 case is designed to protect and organise the Canon XA35 and its essential accessories. The case's unique opening features a single robust YKK® zip that extends the full length of the case to provide an extra-wide opening, making it easy to remove and replace the camera and other contents. The case comes with a half-cradle designed to hold your camera in place inside, even in challenging transport conditions.


The CS-XA35 is made from abrasion-resistant 1000 denier Cordura nylon, treated with a water-repellent urethane coating (DWR). The case body is constructed with 4.4 cm of foam and the bottom panel is reinforced with 8.0 mm hollow-core plastic and an additional layer of foam. The exterior bottom is lined with a layer of Slip-Not material that provides additional protection against water, dirt and grime.


The main zip is protected by a Cordura flap to prevent damage and stop water from entering the case. "Hidden zips" are used, which "reverse" the zip faces to prevent snagging and extend their lifespan.


High-quality bonded thread is used and seams are double-stitched in areas that typically bear more weight or are subject to additional wear. All thread ends are burnt to prevent loose threads or frayed seams.


Genuine suede is used to provide greater comfort and durability to the carrying handles, and a comfortable nylon shoulder strap is included. The removable shoulder strap features steel fittings that attach to the CS-XA35's sturdy nickel-plated steel rings.


There is a full-length external pocket, ideal for cables, a shotgun microphone or an optional rain cover. There is also a long flat pocket on the back of the case, ideal for carrying the white balance card (not included), user manuals, airline tickets and other documents.
