The EMC-XLR series is a specially designed version of the XX series to provide enhanced RF shielding for critical live performance and recording applications where there are particular issues with radio transmission or mobile phones. The design ensures continuous RF shielding connection from the cable to the chassis connector housing via a circular capacitor around the cable shield.
