The Fohhn-Net USB adapter NA-11 is an essential tool for configuring all devices in a Fohhn-Net network via PC. Connected via an RJ-45 connector or XLR sockets for the use of multipair or conventional microphone cables. The NA-11 requires no installation software and can be used with multiple PCs. You simply need to install the Fohhn Audio Soft user software on your PC before use.
The Fohhn control network (Fohhn-Net).
The remote control devices are extremely user-friendly and give the user complete control over the audio system from a central location. Individual devices and entire systems can be operated synchronously from one or more devices, thus opening up a whole range of different application possibilities. All Fohhn active speaker systems, DSP amplifiers and DSP controllers are equipped as standard with two Fohhn-Net network interfaces, which can be used to monitor and remotely control each device individually. If you use multiple Fohhn devices, you can easily interconnect them and monitor or remotely control them from a central location. The Fohhn-Net system is nothing more than a control network, meaning that no audio data is transferred, only control data. Fohhn-Net can simultaneously operate a maximum of 254 devices via cable over distances of up to 1800 m. During live events, you can use any available microphone cable or your multipair, and for fixed installations, you can use conventional telephone or network cables. Bus or star networks are also an option here. A circular cabling arrangement will provide additional redundancy and ensure that the network will function properly if it is interrupted at any point. The Fohhn-Net has been designed in accordance with established industrial standards and is very reliable thanks to a stable transfer protocol and permanent monitoring (continuous feedback during data transfer).
