UNIQUE BATTERY CHARGER FOR TRAVELLERS
The compact digital traveller's battery charger RP-DC30 conveniently charges all types of batteries, drawing power either from an AC wall source or a 12V DC power source. Using easily interchangeable plates, the compact charger can be used for battery models from global brands.
Charging technology
Smart charging systems integrate control systems in the charger and electronics in the battery to allow precise control of the charging process. As a precaution with high-capacity batteries, a pre-charge step is used. The charging cycle is initiated with a low current. If there is no corresponding increase in battery voltage, this indicates that there may be a short circuit in the battery (zero volt activation). The constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging mode is an effective way to charge lithium batteries. When a lithium battery is almost empty, we use a constant current to charge it. The charger's CPU automatically adjusts the charging current to be lower than the maximum charging current that the battery can accept. With constant charging, the battery voltage slowly increases until it reaches a maximum voltage at which the charger switches to the "constant voltage" charging method and reduces the charging current. When the battery is fully charged, this state is stopped.
Interchangeable power plugs
With interchangeable international power plugs (EU-Euro, US-America, UK-United Kingdom), the travel-sized RP-DC30 can be used worldwide. Simply use the appropriate plug-in power plug model provided, depending on the AC power standard where you are, and start charging your batteries.
2-stage LED display
The two-colour LED display indicates the battery's charging status. Red indicates charging in progress while green indicates a full charge.
Car use
With a 12V DC power supply, you can use the charger in a car, plane, bus or any place with a 12V DC power supply.

With easily interchangeable battery plates, designed for use with the RP-DC50, RP-DC40 and RP-DC30 digital charger models, the smart charger can be used for all battery models from global brands. This cost-effective option of interchangeable plates allows you to charge many different types of batteries, all with a single charger. The charger automatically adjusts the voltage and charging current for the designed battery. This leaves no room for charging errors!
