The BNC rearTWIST UHD connectors are specially designed for high-resolution video signal transmissions. Thanks to the unique design of the insulator and contact pin, the connectors exhibit low return loss values for 4K and 8K signals.
Optimised Return Loss
Thanks to the optimised design of the insulator and the reduced crimp diameter of the centre pin, Neutrik's BNC rearTWIST UHD connector offers increased headroom compared to conventional BNC connectors and provides additional return loss margin for potential impedance deviations resulting from cable flexing, incorrect connector assembly or faulty connection interfaces without signal interruption.
Crimp Dimensions
In order to achieve optimal return loss values at high frequencies, the crimp dimension of the contact pin has been reduced.
