The PXW-X200 is a compact XDCAM camcorder equipped with three 1/2-inch type Exmor CMOS sensors offering high sensitivity and low noise for Full HD XAVC Intra and XAVC Long GOP recordings, as well as MPEG HD 422 50 Mbps, MPEG HD 420 35 Mbps, MPEG IMX and DV.
The successor to the popular PMW-200, the PXW-X200 features many advanced functions, including two SxS memory card slots for simultaneous recordings (MPEG HD exFAT and UDF recording)*, compatibility with SDXC cards (exFAT recording only)*, cache recordings, Slow & Quick function, a 3.5-inch QHD (960 x 540) colour LCD screen and a Fujinon 17x professional HD zoom lens with three independent rings with hard stops, capable of zooming from 29.3 mm to 499 mm (35 mm equivalent). The PXW-X200 also features built-in wireless capability and offers remote control and monitoring via smartphones and tablets, simultaneous proxy file recording during live QoS streaming*, proxy editing* and remote browsing as well as file transfer to an FTP server*. The camcorder's user menu is also customisable and can be password-protected to prevent unwanted changes*.
