The Porta Brace custom carry case and field monitor hood for the SmallHD 1703 monitor is a combination carry case and viewing stand for monitors. The case body is made from abrasion-resistant Cordura nylon, with integrated padding and semi-rigid frame construction that provides protection during transport and production. Internal nylon and Velcro straps secure the monitor in the frame. Carry the case using the soft suede-covered handles or the suede shoulder strap.
The case includes a folding hood that blocks direct sunlight when shooting outdoors and bright light when shooting indoors, helping to keep your monitor screen glare-free. The hood is covered with a soft nylon material that will not scratch the monitor screen. A sturdy folding viewing stand allows you to adjust the screen angle for better visibility. The stand is made from hollow-core plastic that provides stable support for the monitor with minimal weight.
