Sony HD Cut Out Software for BPU-4000
The SZC-2001, SZC-2001M and SZC-2001W are software licences for the HD CUTOUT software with the BPU-4000 or BPU-4500 (including BPU-4500A) baseband processing units. Installing the SZC-2001, SZC-2001M and SZC-2001W on the BPU-4000 or BPU-4500 (including BPU-4500A) allows you to cut out an HD signal from a 4K image. The licences offer you great flexibility to purchase the desired equipment, when you wish, with the assurance that your baseband processing unit is future-ready to meet changing requirements.

HD CUTOUT Software
Two modes are available. You can select Zoom & Perspective mode or HD Simple mode. By keeping the camera in a fixed position, any part of the captured image can be cropped to offer viewers a close-up HD image as if the camera had panned.
HD SIMPLE
Crops an HD image of 1920 x 1080 from the 4K image for output as-is. Dual outputs are supported.
ZOOM & PERSPECTIVE
Crops a region of the 4K image which is then enlarged/reduced to create an HD signal output. A perspective transformation is performed based on the focal length of the lens, so that the output image is identical to that obtained if the camera were pointed in the cropping direction. Only a single output is available.
