The Blueshape BV100HD SPLASH 14.8V waterproof V-Mount battery is designed to withstand water infiltration from splashes and jets, as well as exposure to rain. The outer casing is made of 4mm thick automotive-grade plastic resin for optimal impact resistance, even at low temperatures. The internal lithium-ion cells are secured inside the pack in a reinforced modular cage. All metal interconnections and the BMS circuit are integrated into the cells to form a single unit. No wiring is used. The metal tabs connecting the cells have been thickened using a lower resistance alloy for better welding strength and superior electrical conductivity.
