Cage for Sony PXW-FX9 camera
Equip your camera with this Tilta cage specially designed for the Sony PXW-FX9.
The cage's top plate fits perfectly to the Sony PXW-FX9's top handle and includes 15 mm LWS rod adapters at the front to allow you to easily mount the camera's viewfinder.
The Tilta battery plate for Sony PXW-FX9 cage, available in gold mount or V-mount configuration, attaches directly to the rear of the top plate and follows the contour of the rear of the camera.
The battery plate offers several different power outputs to power accessories and adjusts to different distances from the camera body.
At the bottom of the cage is a Sony VCT-U14 compatible base plate that allows you to attach various accessories via 15 mm LWS rods at the front or rear of the base plate.
The base plate also has an ergonomic shoulder pad underneath so you can quickly detach from the VCT-U14 plate and be ready for shoulder mounting in an instant.
A Tilta quick-release adapter can be swapped for the VCT plate allowing the camera system to be mounted on our standard Tilta rails.
The base plate also has standard Arri rosette connections on the left and right sides to allow you to attach handles (or the Sony PXW-FX9 operating handle) for handheld use.
An integrated lens adapter mount is also included on the front face of the plate.
A side plate offers even more protection and - with the top plate - provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points to allow you to mount a variety of accessories.
