FX9 Cage - V Mount
Equip your camera with this Tilta cage specially designed for the Sony PXW-FX9.
The cage's top plate fits perfectly around the Sony PXW-FX9's top handle and includes 15 mm LWS rod adapters at the front to enable you to easily mount the camera's viewfinder.
The Tilta battery plate for the Sony PXW-FX9 cage attaches directly to the rear of the top plate and contours the back of the camera. The battery plate provides several different power outputs to enable powering of accessories.
At the bottom of the cage is a Sony VCT-U14 compatible baseplate that enables attachment of various accessories via 15 mm LWS rods at the front or rear of the plate. The plate also features an ergonomic shoulder pad on the underside so you can quickly detach from the VCT-U14 plate and be ready for shoulder shooting in an instant. The plate also features Arri Standard rosette connections on the left and right sides to enable attachment of handles (or the Sony PXW-FX9's own operating handle) for handheld use. An integrated lens adapter mount support is also included on the front face of the plate.
A side plate provides even more protection and - together with the top plate - provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points to enable mounting of a variety of accessories.
