The Reflecmedia Chromatte backdrop is designed to work in

conjunction with a LiteRing. The LiteRing is fitted with light-emitting

diodes (LEDs) arranged in a circular housing positioned

in front of the camera lens. This provides all the necessary light to illuminate

the Chromaflex backdrop for chroma key production.


The Reflecmedia RM 1124DM kit with 3 x 4.8 m Chromatte backdrop and

Dual medium LiteRing builds upon the remarkable success of the

original model and combines features that make it more versatile than ever!

The enhanced controller allows you to switch from green

to blue (and vice versa) with a simple switch and offers 256 increments

of dimming from 0 to 100%. It is powered by 12VDC via its universal power supply

or by optional external or camera batteries. The LiteRing itself

is also equipped with a diffusion filter on the LEDs.


As the LiteRing fits lenses with a diameter of 112 mm and below,

Reflecmedia generously provides 105, 95, 82, 77 and 72 mm adaptors

to ensure maximum compatibility. These specially designed adaptor rings

simply screw into the filter thread at the front of the lens, then the

LiteRing is placed on the adaptor and locked with a single screw,

significantly reducing setup time compared to conventional chroma keying.
