Harnessing the immense power of the engine through its 200mm front lens, the FORTE® Fresnel, with its wide ratio 10:1 zoom from 6° to 61 degrees, offers a viable alternative to traditional 2.5 KW and 4 KW HMI Fresnels, in a class-leading chassis of less than 40 kg.
Ensuring spectacular high-power washes, the TE™ 1,000W XP (Xtra Performance) White 6,700 K LED Transferable Engine generates a dazzling 90,200 lumens. With the FORTE® Fresnel producing 40,500 lumens (integration sphere) from the front of the fixture, you have unmatched power and exceptional beam quality.
Our revolutionary self-referencing, data capturing engines, easily replaceable within five minutes, are all designed, developed and manufactured in our factory (Robe patented technology). The 50,000-hour L70/B50 ratings and 4-year/20,000-hour warranty ensure longevity.
Maintaining Robe's reputation for exceptional colour mixing, the CMY system offers perfectly smooth colour transitions from the subtlest pastels to the most vivid saturations. Combined with two colour wheels, CRI 80 and 90 filters, and a variable CTO from 3,000 to 6,700 K, you have total FORTE® Fresnel colour finesse.
The FORTE® Fresnel has unparalleled levels of beam control, including medium and light frosts; RotaScrim™ graduated filter with position control, +/- 180° rotation and edge colour correction; and the fast 4Door™ internal barndoor system for precise control of individual shutters and +/- 90° module rotation to ensure maximum flexibility.
FORTE® Fresnel operates comfortably in any noise-sensitive environment, as it features specialised noise dampening engineering and a range of fan control options. AirLOC™ (Less Optical Cleaning) technology significantly reduces the level of airborne particles passing over the optical elements, improving light quality and the interval between routine maintenance.
For film and television work, our Cpulse™ flicker-free software is ideally suited to the latest camera systems, eliminating all on-screen flickering. The dedicated ChromaTint™ plus and minus green control channel simplifies image control.
For theatrical adaptation, our advanced L3™ Low Light Linearity dimming system, for ultra-smooth fades to black, in combination with lamp size-specific tungsten emulation, allows seamless integration with traditional lighting installations.
EMS™ (Electronic Motion Stabiliser) technology for instant stopping and hysteresis elimination removes unwanted fixture tremors typically associated with larger fixtures.
FORTE® Fresnel has a full suite of protocols; USITT DMX 512, RDM, ArtNet, MA Net, MA Net 2, and sACN; REAP™ (Robe Ethernet Access Portal) for direct communication on Ethernet networks; Epass for maintained network connectivity; CRMX Wireless DMX control is available on request. These allow for easy integration into any control network.
