While maintaining the absolute colour finesse of Robe's phenomenally successful T1 series, with its MSL™ (Multi-Spectral) LED engine, our T2 Fresnel™ offers improved power of over 15,000 lumens thanks to its 850W MSL™ source. With their 7-62° zoom range and classically soft beam, the T2 Fresnels are perfectly suited to their long-throw role in theatre, television and touring. The T2 Fresnels are full of theatrical subtleties. With CMY colour control, DataSwatch™ filters containing a selection of pre-programmed colours via our renowned RCC™ (Robe Colour Calibration) algorithm and extended CCT control from 2,700K to 8,000K, all colour variations are possible. With no colour variation produced by the T1 and T2 platforms, you can confidently use them together to provide consistent colour in your lighting setup, perfect even for the most demanding designers. The precise needs of the theatrical dimmer are met by our super smooth L3™ dimming system producing imperceptible fades to black. The exceptionally high CRI of 95+ ensures natural rendering of all skin tones. Specifically for television work, we have included a plus and minus green channel and the Cpulse™ flicker-free management system for all vision systems, including HD and UHD cameras, all controllable directly from your console. Designed to operate in noise-sensitive environments such as television studios, theatres and houses of worship, the T2 Fresnels use our innovative AirLOC™ system. Standing for "Less Optical Cleaning", this technology not only helps reduce noise, but also significantly reduces the level of airborne particles attracted to the optics, keeping them in perfect condition for much longer. All of this, combined with our highly appreciated internally controlled four-blade framing shutter system, rotary diffuser control, two interchangeable frosts and revolutionary edge control technology, gives you total control over your designs in theatre, television and touring.
