The DWT-B30 is a digital wireless bodypack transmitter from the DWX series with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 22 kHz, particularly suited for high-density multi-channel operations for large productions. The bodypack transmitter belongs to the 3rd generation of the DWX professional series and features four different codec modes for a variety of applications. MODE1 is compatible with 1st generation DWX series devices, MODE2 prioritises low latency while maintaining transmission stability and high audio quality, MODE3 provides additional signal processing and suppresses noise caused by unexpected impulses, and MODE4 prioritises audio quality while maintaining transmission stability and low latency. It transmits high-quality 24-bit audio in certain frequency bands (depending on the country). The Cross Remote™ monitoring and control functions allow remote control of input attenuation, RF frequency selection, RF output power, the cut-off frequency for audio low-pass filters and standby mode via the Sony DWR-S03D plug-on receiver. This eliminates unexpected shooting interruptions and travel.
