TOTO's automatic detection identifies the type of microphone head you are using and automatically adapts the DSP to the correct settings, without requiring manual adjustments.

iXm Application: The iXm Uplink application facilitates data exchange between the iXm microphone and iOS devices, offering sophisticated editing, archiving and metadata features. This allows, for example, reporters to send recordings directly to the studio by email after labelling the files. iXm Uplink not only makes recording much easier, it creates a completely new way of conducting interviews because with iXm and iXm Uplink, there is finally an integrated toolset suited to your individual needs! Use a Toshiba Flash Air wireless SD card (YT5160 recommended) to connect the iXm recording microphone to your iPhone/iPad via WiFi. Now, audio files can be downloaded from your iXm, edited and transferred via GSM or another WiFi connection.

You can also distribute *.WAV, *.BWF and MP2 (MPEG1 Layer2) files by email, Dropbox and FTP.
