The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC lens, a manual focus wide-angle lens, is designed for VDSLR cameras equipped with full-frame sensors. For optimal performance, the light path is specially designed for the distance between the lens and sensor typical of mirrorless cameras.
Samyang optics incorporate exceptional optical technology and ultra multi-coated lenses comprising 12 elements arranged in 12 groups — two of which are aspherical and three of which feature very low dispersion — to reduce aberrations and flare diffusion and achieve high resolution across the entire frame.
The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC cinema lens is specially designed for professional focusing, with smooth and silent focus and aperture rings. For comfortable shooting, the focus and aperture values are visible on both sides of the lens.
