The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC is a manual focus wide-angle cinema lens for digital SLR cameras equipped with full-frame sensors. The light path is designed according to the specific distance between the glass and the sensor of mirrorless cameras to create optimal performance. 
The fast T1.9 aperture ensures high shutter speeds even in limited lighting conditions to deliver images of the highest quality. It will illuminate your everyday photography. It also creates a remarkable bokeh effect by effectively highlighting the main subject. Between the ultra wide-angle 16mm and the standard wide-angle 24mm, the 20mm lens is perfect for exploring wide angles, not only for indoor shooting such as concerts and interior photography, but also for street photography. The minimum focusing distance of 0.2m adds versatility to the lens. 
Based on the exceptional optical technology of Samyang Optics, Ultra Multi Coating, two aspherical lenses and three ultra-low dispersion lenses have been integrated among 13 glass elements in 12 groups to minimise aberrations and unnecessary light dispersion, delivering high resolution from the centre to the edge of the image. 
More specifically, the Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC is a cinema lens specially designed for professional focus systems, thanks to smooth, silent and de-clicked focus and aperture rings. In addition, the distance scale and T-stop aperture values are indicated on both sides of the lens for convenience during shooting.
