The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC manual focus wide-angle lens is designed for VDSLR cameras equipped with full-frame sensors. For optimal performance, the light flux is specially designed for the distance between the lens and the sensor, typical of mirrorless cameras.
Samyang optics incorporate exceptional optical technology and ultra-high performance multi-layer coating with 12 elements arranged in 12 groups — two of which are aspherical and three of which exhibit extra-low dispersion — to reduce aberrations and stray light diffusion, delivering high resolution across the entire image.
The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC cinema lens is specifically designed for professional focusing, with smooth and silent focus and aperture rings. For comfortable shooting, the focal distance and aperture values are indicated on both sides of the lens.
