Samyang AF 75mm F1.8 Sony E Mount
A unique short telephoto prime lens well-suited to portraiture photography, the Samyang AF 75mm f/1.8 FE is a fixed focal length lens for Sony E-mount, characterised by its distinctive focal length, compact design, and fast f/1.8 aperture. The optical design incorporates three extra-low dispersion elements and two high refractive index elements, which help to suppress chromatic and spherical aberrations to improve sharpness, colour accuracy, and clarity. An Ultra Multi-Coating has also been applied to reduce lens flare and ghosting, for improved contrast when shooting in strong lighting conditions. The lens's STM linear autofocus motor works in conjunction with Sony cameras' AF systems for fast, quiet, and precise focusing performance, and manual focus is also available for more precise control. Additionally, a custom switch permits intuitive adjustments to various camera and exposure settings by rotating the lens's focus ring.
