The MK2 continues the lineage with the same multi-coating process, industry-standard geared focus and aperture rings, and a fast T1.5 aperture, whilst adding a 9-blade iris for beautiful soft bokeh, weather sealing to prevent moisture ingress, and focal lengths on both sides for increased versatility for camera assistants.
This 24mm lens produces 84.1° coverage when used with full-frame cameras. Aspherical lenses produce sharply defined images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations, with a minimum focusing distance of just 25cm from the lens. The 9-blade iris also allows you to create up to a stunning 18-point starburst effect when the iris is fully closed.
A removable petal-shaped lens hood provides protection against flare when shooting without a matte box, and the lens's threaded front accepts a 77mm filter.
