Samyang 35mm T1.5 MK2 Canon EF
Using a multi-layer coating process for consistent colour rendering from one lens to another, the Samyang 35mm T1.5 MK2 cine lens for Canon EF mount rises to the challenge of building a lens set over time. The lens is available in Canon EF mount and features industry-standard clicked focus and aperture rings that share a common position with the other Samyang MK2 cine lenses. To assist camera assistants who need to work on both sides of the lens, the aperture and focus scales are marked on both sides of the lens.
This 35mm lens produces 84.1° coverage when used with full-frame cameras. The hybrid aspherical elements produce sharp images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberration, with a minimum focus distance of just under 12" from the lens. A removable petal-shaped lens hood offers protection against stray reflections when shooting without a matte box, and the front thread of the lens accepts a 77mm filter.
Please note that some cameras may require the shutter to be unlocked when using this lens.
