Laowa 10-18 mm f/4.5-5.6 Zoom
Characterised by its particularly compact and lightweight design, the Laowa 10-18 mm f/4.5-5.6 FE Zoom from Venus Optics is a small and versatile ultra-wide-angle zoom for Nikon Z mirrorless cameras. Its elegant size and versatile wide-angle focal length range make it an ideal choice for landscape, nature, and architectural photography as well as astrophotography. Its optical design incorporates extra-low dispersion and aspherical elements to correct various aberrations and distortions in order to achieve sharper and clearer image quality and accurate colour rendition. A Frog Eye coating has also been applied to repel dust and moisture from the front element of the lens for improved performance in challenging environmental conditions. In addition, the manual aperture ring can be de-clicked for smooth and silent aperture changes suited to video applications, and the rear of the lens is threaded to accept 37mm screw-in filters.
