With an ultra-wide field of view and an elegant design, the Laowa 11mm f/4.5 FF RL with Leica L mount from Venus Optics is a unique wide-angle lens with rectilinear rendering, ideal for interior, architecture, nature and landscape applications. The immense 126° angle of view is supported by an advanced optical design, which includes high-refractive-index, low-dispersion aspherical elements, to achieve well-corrected, sharp images with accurate colours. The lens features manual focus and allows working with subjects at a minimum distance of 19 cm, and its integrated petal-shaped lens hood helps to block stray light that could cause unwanted flare.

- The ultra-wide-angle lens is designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras with L mount, but can also be used with APS-C models where it offers an equivalent focal length of 16.5mm.
- Two aspherical elements and one very high-refractive-index glass element help to control distortion and spherical aberrations to improve sharpness and accurate rendering.
- Three ultra-low-dispersion elements are used to reduce colour fringing and chromatic aberrations to produce great clarity and colour accuracy.
- The impressive 126° angle of view combines with a rectilinear design, which renders subjects with minimal distortion to suit landscape and architecture applications.
- The manual focus design is aided by an integrated focus tab for intuitive handling and a minimum focus distance of 19cm is suitable for working with close-up subjects.
