Laowa 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift
Combining an exceptionally wide field of view with the ability to correct perspective distortion, the Venus Optics Laowa 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift lens for Nikon Z mount is ideal for architectural and interior applications. The wide 110° angle of view is complemented by an impressive shift range of +/- 11 mm to compensate for unwanted converging lines and keystone distortion. This shift control is further enhanced by a 360° rotation mechanism applying movements in different directions to accommodate horizontal and vertical shooting orientations. Additionally, as a member of the Zero-D series, this 15mm f/4.5 lens also renders scenes with great accuracy and very low distortion.
Optically, two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements are present, which reduces spherical and chromatic aberrations for improved sharpness and clarity. An anti-reflection coating also helps control flare and ghosting for better contrast and colour reproduction. The lens uses a manual focus design to work with subjects as close as 20 cm and features a five-blade aperture to produce distinctive 10-pointed sunstars.
