Designed for full-frame L-mount DSLRs, the Panasonic Lumix S 50mm f/1.8 is a sleek and compact standard lens. Its 50 mm focal length is ideal for portrait, landscape and general-purpose photography, and offers a bright maximum aperture of f/1.8 for depth-of-field control. An extra-low dispersion element and an ultra-high refractive index element reduce chromatic aberration and colour fringing to improve clarity and colour accuracy, and the lens also delivers excellent sharpness. A linear autofocus motor eliminates focus breathing and ensures smooth, precise and near-silent focusing. Designed for challenging environmental conditions, the lens also features a dust, moisture and freeze-resistant construction.
