Combining Super 35 and a 2x squeeze factor, the Pavo series offers true anamorphic lenses, compatible with various cinema cameras and delivering an appealing cascading bokeh. The 2x squeeze factor provides a wider field of view, presenting more details that directors want to express through the background with natural reproduction of the protagonist on screen.

With their blue and neutral coating design, Pavo lenses generate horizontal blue flares or other different flares under multiple light sources, creating fascinating and cinematic scene compositions while maintaining clarity. Besides the remarkable control of classic barrel distortion characteristic of anamorphic lenses, the Pavo series also excels in minimising chromatic aberration even at wide open, and in natural reproduction of skin tone and vibrant colours.

Breaking the stereotype of bulky anamorphic lenses, the solid yet lightweight Pavo weighing 1.2-1.6kg with a front diameter of only 95mm is easy to transport and suitable for use on drones and Steadicam. The minimum focusing distances across all focal lengths are shorter than what we typically expect from anamorphic lenses, multiplying the possibilities to achieve as diverse scenarios as possible. The constant fast aperture of T2.1 for the 28mm, 32mm, 40mm, 55mm, 75mm and T2.4 for the 100mm ensures excellent image quality even in low-light conditions and provides a more cost-effective shooting solution.
