Arri Master Anamorphic 60/T1.9 F
The Master Anamorphic 60 mm lens is part of an ARRI/Zeiss series characterised by low distortion and a fast T1.9 aperture for shallow depth of field. This anamorphic lens offers the skin tones and colour rendition for which Zeiss is renowned, and colour-matches with the other ARRI/Zeiss prime lenses and ARRI/Fujinon zooms. Its 15-blade iris produces an oval, cinematographic bokeh with a smooth focus falloff. Breathing is minimal during focus pulls and there is no "anamorphic mumps" effect on your subjects. With no visible fall-off in the corners of your images, the full 2.39 format image is usable.
Designed from the ground up for use with digital cinema cameras, the ARRI/Zeiss Master Anamorphic prime lenses will deliver optimum image quality when used with an ARRI ALEXA camera in 4:3 format. They will also work with film cameras. Colour fringing and corner shading are reduced thanks to the near-telecentric design of these multi-coated lenses.
This anamorphic lens provides a 2.39:1 aspect ratio to your image when used with a Super-35 sensor. The Master Anamorphic 60 mm has a minimum focus distance of 36", focus marks in feet, a relatively light weight of 6 lbs and a compact length of 7.2". The lens is built with geared focus and aperture rings for use with follow focus, zoom control and wireless F/I/Z systems. The PL LDS mount on the Master Anamorphic 60 mm lens will transmit lens data to compatible cameras.
