The Samyang 14 mm f/2.8 ED AS IF UMC lens for Fujifilm X mount is an ultra wide-angle lens with manual focus and manual aperture, compatible with APS-C format mirrorless digital cameras. It offers a field of view of 93.9°, equivalent to a focal length of 21 mm in 35 mm format. A maximum aperture of f/2.8 is effective for low-light photography and allows for shallow depth of field. Thanks to the extra-low dispersion, aspherical and hybrid aspherical optical elements, chromatic aberrations are minimised and images are sharp and true to colour. The UMC lens coating facilitates uniform light transmission and reduces ghosting and flare. The minimum focus distance of this lens is 28 cm.
