Pro Shoulder Support
Use the SmallRig Pro Shoulder Support to quickly switch from your cinema camera's handheld mode to mounting on a VCT-14 adapter plate (sold separately). The Pro Shoulder Support features a durable aluminium base plate, and a comfortable integrated silicone shoulder pad allows you to hold your camera by hand for extended periods. The base plate includes front and rear 15mm LWS rod mounts, ARRI-style rosettes on both sides, and multiple 1/4"-20 threads for accessories. The bottom of the plate features a VCT-14-style V-wedge for mounting on an optional VCT plate. The included Manfrotto 501 plate features measurement markings and slides back and forth over a 3.1" range to balance your camera on your shoulder or support. The front 15mm rod clamp can be adjusted vertically by 1.1" to ensure an appropriate 15mm rod height for certain cinema cameras. The Manfrotto plate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera mounting screws, and a flat key that stores under the base plate allows you to tighten the camera screws. Note: This shoulder support is compatible with Sony VCT-14 tripod adapter plates but is not compatible with Sony VCT-U14 plates or the Zacuto VCT tripod plate.
