19x450 mm aluminium rod

The 450 mm (45.72 cm) 19 mm threaded rod from Tilta is a 450 mm rod with female threads at both ends. This allows you to use optional threaded rod adapters to extend the length. According to standard practice, Tilta bevels one end of their rods and leaves the other end with a straight cut. The beveling makes it easier to slide accessories onto the rod, while the straight-cut end allows for a smoother junction between rods. The rod is made from machined aluminium for a balance between weight and strength, then black anodised to resist wear and corrosion.
