Tilta 15*150 mm aluminium rod
The Tilta 15 mm, 6" threaded rod is a 6" rod with female threading at both ends. This allows you to use optional threaded rod adapters to increase the length. As standard practice, Tilta chamfers one end of their rods and leaves the other end with a straight cut. The chamfer makes it easier to slide accessories onto the rod, whilst the straight-cut end allows for a smoother joint between rods.The rod is made from machined aluminium for a balance between weight and strength, then anodised black to resist wear and corrosion. Please note that there is no standard industry standard for support rod threading, so it is best to stay within the same brand when purchasing optional extensions.
