Kino Flo 21 LED

The Kino Flo FreeStyle 21 LED is an LED lamp head that is part of a system or kit that includes the required LED DMX Select 150 controller. The unit measures 26.5 x 3.5 x 13" with 6.0" barn doors and weighs 11.5 lb - light enough to be handheld. The unit comes with a removable 90-degree honeycomb louver. In fact, the LED panel can also be removed from its housing for mounting options. The unit operates on 100 to 240 VAC power via its optional controller.


The FreeStyle 21 requires a head cable and controller (available separately) for its use. The LED-150X controller offers a vast range of control functions and operating options over 6 channels. It has 2 colour menus and a "white menu" for dimming, Kelvin temperature and green/magenta settings. Using either colour menu extends the Kelvin range from a warm 2500 to an ice blue 9900K. The second colour menu allows you to work with RGB, a real convenience when using colour wheels or RGB presets. The fourth channel (named Gel channel) has presets for over 100 well-known temperature modification filters, including blue/green screens, sodium vapour and mercury vapour.

A fifth channel allows hue adjustments over a 360-degree range like a colour wheel, while the 6th Saturation channel controls the intensity of the chosen colour. The required controller has built-in DMX for making adjustments remotely from a console and is also compatible with Lumen Radio wireless DMX. The LED-150X controller operates on 100 to 240 VAC power for worldwide use. It has a 2-pin Euro plug but can be used with any wall socket with the appropriate and inexpensive plug adapter.
