Different from a simple conventional adapter, this sophisticated manual lens adapter uses an optical system to enlarge the image circle and a 1.4x magnification so that the full-frame lens can cover the larger 44 x 33 mm sensor of the GFX system. This optical system also helps to effectively prevent vignetting and maintains the optical clarity and sharpness of the original lens.
