Extending ROBE's series of retro-style luminaires, the PATT 2017 is LED powered, environmentally conscious and can be a playful, colourful visual effect or adaptable to tungsten white for stage and set - perfect for bands, television, film and general prop lighting.
Luminaires can be more than just a practical necessity – the fixtures themselves can be a work of art and create the ambiance. This luminaire is based on an idea conceived by lighting designer Tim Routledge. The 7x40W RGBW LEDs powerfully illuminate the profiled and turned aluminium body that maximizes its curves to be as beautiful on stage as the artists it illuminates. In addition to controlling the entire LED cluster as a single unit, it is possible to control each LED individually, creating smooth animations, transitions and rainbow effects on the aluminium reflector with the special gold-brown "PATT" coating.
The PATT 2017 features a remote PATT driver power and data box and is connected via standard colour changer cables with 4-pin XLR connectors. For easy installation, the PATT 2017 can be connected or disconnected from the PATT Driver while powered.
