This ARRI M18 to AS18 conversion kit allows you to convert your M18 lamphead (an open, lens-less fixture with a 20° to 60° beam angle with a usable field angle that combines the characteristics of a PAR and a Fresnel to create diverging light rays) into an Arrisun 18 lamphead (a lamphead that uses common ARRI diffusion lenses and a PAR reflector with spot, medium and flood settings for intense, efficient light). Both devices are designed to accept a new lamp power class - the HMI 1800 SE lamp - which can run on a 20A domestic circuit.
