Cutters are square or rectangular frames with mounting pins attached. They are used to control natural or artificial light. They can be used to protect the camera lens from flare, control stray light from other sources, or prevent light from reaching an area on the set.

The new 90° cutter frames will allow positioning of the instrument above the studio wall or using two or more units to create a box for better light control.
