The fully modular Chrosziel Cine.1 matte box is designed to be robust whilst remaining lightweight to suit your handheld or studio camera setup. Adding a matte box to the front of your lens offers you more flexibility to light your scene by preventing light sources just off-frame from entering directly into the lens, which can cause flaring and introduce artefacts into the image. The flag folds in half to reduce bulk when storing. Additionally, the flag features safety holes that fit onto the matte box's safety latches, preventing the flag from accidentally falling during installation.nnnAdjustable Swing-Away AssemblynThe Chrosziel swing-away assembly allows faster lens changes by easily moving the matte box out of the lens's path. In addition to its swing function, the assembly features articulations that allow you to tilt the matte box to avoid filter reflections, as well as slide it horizontally and vertically when adjusting to your lens, thus compensating for any inconsistency encountered in complex mounting scenarios.nnnConstructionnThe Cine.1 matte box housing is manufactured from high-impact resistant polymer. This material is very rigid and resistant to cracking, whilst maintaining the matte box's weight low so as not to unbalance your setup.
