The Rycote INV-Lite 19 Boom Shockmount is a discreet and compact suspension that isolates short shotgun microphones (19 mm in diameter) from shocks and handling noise when mounted on a boom. It is optimised for indoor broadcast and film applications where the use of a boom with full wind protection is not necessary. Sleek, ergonomic and well-balanced, the lightweight (3.9 oz) INV-Lite 19 features the patented lever-locking system with a wide Lyre suspension. Its unique design allows quick access to the microphone and ensures that the cancellation slots remain free from obstruction, improving sound quality and directionality. It also allows for the full placement of a 12 cm foam windshield (sold separately), to protect against plosives and light boom movements.
