The armored light case is a padded wheeled carrying case and backpack with a lightweight armored inner shell. The case is very robust and can be used for daily fieldwork or for intensive travel and expeditions as an alternative to heavy rigid ABS plastic cases. The foldable backpack straps keep your hands free and make carrying heavy lighting kits more comfortable.


The ALC is ideal for transporting multiple lighting heads such as Arrilite 575+, 700+ and 2000+, stands and accessories.


The exterior of the case is made of abrasion-resistant 1000 denier Cordura® nylon. There are two (2) full-length exterior accessory pockets for storing cables and other items. Each exterior side also has two (2) 20-inch pockets. There is also a clear vinyl window to display a pass, business card or other identification.


There is a single heavy-duty YKK® zipper that runs the full length of the case for quick and easy access to your lighting kit. A Cordura® zipper guard extends the life of the zipper and helps prevent rain or water from entering the case.


Inside, there are four (4) suspended padded pouches to provide additional protection to the lights during transport. Four (4) padded dividers are included to separate and organize lighting heads and accessories. Comfortable suede handles are provided for carrying, and an extra set of suede handles is attached to the sides of the case for lifting heavy loads in and out of vehicles.


The ALC is equipped with all-terrain inline skate wheels with ball bearings for smooth rolling on almost any surface. The wheels are attached to solid steel plates for added strength and are removable to prevent snagging and damage during shipping and airline check-in.
