The 6-way stereo source selection channel has 6 balanced stereo inputs on a 25-pin D-type connector, selectable via a bank of 6 mechanically interlocking switches, numbered 1 to 6. A depressed button indicates the selected input. The switch bank also controls 6 sets of remote outputs, allowing each source to have a set of start/stop remote controls. Remote starts can be set to momentary or latching mode. Continuous momentary start can also be enabled so that when the fader is raised and the channel is turned on, each press of the ON button triggers a momentary start. The channel comes with an equaliser as standard and other functions are similar to the dual stereo S2-CSE channel with equaliser. The HF and LF controls are used to adjust signal equalisation. The HF control boosts and cuts the signal by 10 dB at 6.5 kHz. The LF control boosts and cuts the signal by 10 dB at 100 Hz. The EQ button places the equalisation in and out of the signal path and illuminates yellow when EQ is active. The channel can be used to control either of two separate timer displays.
