The BVML-S10 is a signal conversion output licence with built-in 3D LUT output function for Sony's high-end TRIMASTER picture monitors, BVM-HX3110. This licence can be used to generate an SDI signal converted from 4K/UHD to 2K/HD and processed by user 3D LUT data stored in the monitor. Our tetrahedral LUT interpolation in the monitors ensures the highest level of processing to achieve the best possible final results.
This function is activated via the USB port on the front control panel of the BVM-HX3110.
You can use this function to provide a signal with 3D LUT applied to an external 4K/HD device in a system.
Quad-Link or Dual-link signals are automatically converted to appropriate single-link signals.
The BVML-H10 supports these features. When you have the BVML-H10 licence, you do not need this licence. If you only need the output function with built-in 3D LUT without signal conversion to 2K/HD, the BVML-T10 is the licence suitable for this purpose. If you need Sony's HDR-SDR conversion, the BVML-H10 is the licence that meets your need.
