Guide column, 1 m, with rack, spiral spring and arm
Wide and extremely vibration-resistant column in aluminium tube with matt black anodised surface and graduations in cm and inches. With support and fixing mechanism for camera arm and for the lower part of enlarger head 4568. Height adjustment by crank. 
- Column cross-section dimensions: 70 x 35 mm (2.8 x 1.4 in.)
Height adjustable by rack and pinion with weight compensation by integrated roller spring, but without fine drive. Locking screw to secure the height setting. Height 1 m (40 in.). 
In combination with metal plate 5504 and camera arm 5523, also usable as a Kaiser vertical column (see image below no. 2, 3, 4, 5).
