Profoto Connect Wireless Transmitter for Nikon
With the Profoto Connect wireless transmitter for Nikon cameras, you have a wireless connection with AirTTL lights that controls flash synchronisation, remote control, Auto TTL mode and HSS. The Connect transmitter also controls flash synchronisation and remote control in Air lights. The Connect transmitter offers three settings. Auto first, which removes all the guesswork when setting up your flashes. The manual setting is there if you want to adjust the flashes yourself and be more creative. The last setting is of course to turn it off when the transmitter is not in use.
By downloading the Profoto app and with a Bluetooth connection, you can also control your lighting wirelessly and update your firmware later via the app. The Connect operates on a frequency of 2.4 GHz and up to eight channels with an operating range of 1000' when using normal flash sync and remote control, and 330' with Auto TTL and HSS. The built-in lithium-ion polymer battery has a 30-hour battery life and is rechargeable via the included USB cable. Additionally, the transmitter switches off after 60 minutes of inactivity.
